No. Exam Fresh Start is one £79 payment. It is standalone and nothing renews.
Grade Builder is £39 every four weeks. Grade Partner renews every four weeks or every 12 weeks. Its exact configured total depends on the selected frequency of one, two or three Lessons each teaching week and is shown at checkout and in Billing.
Yes. Cancellation stops renewal. Four-week service continues to its paid boundary. An eligible 12-week Grade Partner cancellation keeps the started teaching week and refunds only whole unused future teaching weeks to the original payment method.
Yes. A Lesson-frequency or service-period change applies only at a future service-period boundary after capacity for every future Lesson is confirmed. The current service continues until then, and the current period is not prorated.
The service period is exactly 84 days. The selected one-, two- or three-Lesson weekly frequency stays under one subscription with one Personal team, one Teaching series and one main tutor. An eligible cancellation keeps the current started teaching week and refunds only whole unused future teaching weeks from the immutable settled price to the original payment method.
The Grade Roadmap stays with the family. Leaving paid support does not remove the plan.
